1. Pipe storage
(1) When storing pipes in summer, the height of pipes should not exceed 1.5m, too high will lead to mutual extrusion deformation of pipes.
(2) If the construction is not carried out for a short time, the shading net shall be used to cover the pipe body in time in order to prevent the aging phenomenon of the pipe body caused by long-term sunlight.
2. Pipe connection
(1) Construction of PVC adhesive TS pipe in summer: pay special attention to the amount of adhesive. According to the different nominal outer diameter of pipe, the amount of adhesive required is also different, such as nominal outer diameter Φ When the diameter of pipe is less than 63mm, the coating amount of adhesive is between 0.8g and 5.6g Φ 75mm— Φ 110mm in the range of 9.0g-18g Φ 140mm— Φ 160mm is between 27g and 35g Φ It is 51g-396g above 200 mm, and the adhesive volatilizes quickly in summer. It should be inserted immediately after coating, and it can be moved only after 30 s. in the process of TS pipe connection, an expansion joint or looper must be added every 50 m.
(2) Special attention should be paid to the storage and use of the adhesive:

A. after the use of the adhesive, the bottle mouth should be tightened to prevent the evaporation of the adhesive from affecting the use effect;

B. When the construction is carried out at the place with poor air circulation, it is necessary to wear masks and other protective equipment;

C. If the glue splashes into the eyes, rinse with water in time.
(3) Construction of PVC flexible sleeve in summer: because PVC pipe has the characteristics of thermal expansion and cold contraction, there must be a certain gap in the connection process of PVC flexible sleeve（ Φ About 10 mm below 63 mm Φ 75mm- Φ About 15 mm between 110 mm Φ 140mm- Φ About 20 mm between 160 mm Φ About 25 mm above 200 mm).
(4) There are many small animals in summer. When the pipeline is installed, special attention should be paid to the coverage of the pipe orifice to prevent small animals from entering into the pipeline and affecting the pipeline pressure and normal water supply.

3. Backfilling of pipe trench
It rains frequently in summer. After the construction, the pipe trench should be backfilled and tamped in time to prevent the collapse of the pipe trench from affecting the normal construction and damaging the pipe body. When backfilling, the soil shall be good soil, no hard objects shall directly contact with the pipe, and the thickness of good soil on both sides and above the pipe shall be 20-30cm.
4. Pipeline pressure test
(1) In the process of construction, the exhaust valve should be installed at the higher terrain, and the elbow or tee should be reinforced with concrete. After the pipeline is installed, during the pressure test (the pipeline length of 500m is the most appropriate), the pressure should be increased slowly, and the exhaust valve should be opened in time, so that the gas in the pipe can be fully discharged.
(2) After the pressure is increased to the specified pressure, the pressure can be released only after the pressure is maintained for 1 hour. During the pressure holding time, if the pressure changes within 0.05Mpa, it is proved that there is no water leakage or fracture in the pipeline. If the pressure changes greatly, it is proved that there is water leakage and fracture in the pipeline. The pressure test shall be stopped in time and the emergency repair shall be carried out. After the emergency repair, the pressure test shall be carried out again.
