Polypropylene wax, with low viscosity, low melting point and excellent thermal stability, is widely used in industrial applications, such as plastic dispersants, plastic additives, ink additives, paper processing aids, hot-melt adhesive, rubber processing aids and paraffin modifier.

The advantages and characteristics of the pp wax produced by Sainuo manufacturers;

Application of pp wax:
1. In the plastic industry: suitable for the production of Microfiber color masterbatch and multi-layer BOPP film color masterbatch. Due to its low viscosity properties, it can provide a uniform and excellent wetting effect for pigments. This has excellent performance in the production of high-quality color masterbatches (such as films and fibers).
2. Polypropylene resin blending: When a large amount of filler material is added to the polymer, the injection molding is difficult, and the surface of the product is rough, making it difficult to demould. Adding an appropriate amount of polypropylene wax can improve the fluidity of the blend, making the materials miscible and mutually soluble, making the product easy to demould, and improving the smoothness of the finished product.
3. Processing of polyolefin resin: Adding an appropriate amount of polypropylene wax during LLDDE, HLP E, and extrusion can reduce the host current by 10-20%, increase extrusion speed, and increase work efficiency. Especially in L LDPE blow molding, it can improve the appearance quality and transparency of the film, eliminate the phenomenon of shark skin.

4. Spinning masterbatch dispersant: overcomes the odor caused by sublimation during high-temperature spinning, and is particularly suitable for dispersion and lubrication in the production of specialized masterbatches for propylene, polyester, and nylon spinning.
5. Ink wear resistance and scratch resistance: Polypropylene wax can be used as a wear-resistant for printing ink, which can improve the wear resistance of the ink, overcome swelling, and improve temperature resistance
