Oleic acid amide belongs to unsaturated fatty amide, which is a white crystalline or granular solid, polycrystalline structure, odorless. It can reduce the friction between the internal friction film and the transmission equipment during the processing of resins, simplify the operation of the final product, and thus increase the production. For example, as a lubricant for polyethylene processing, it can reduce the melt viscosity of resin particle molding and improve the fluidity.
This product is made from natural plant tea seed oil as the main raw material through fine process. The product is a waxy solid, containing unsaturated bonds (double bonds) in the molecules, insoluble in water, and quite soluble in ketone, ester, alcohol, turpentine and other solvents, with good compatibility with resin. It has good dispersibility for a variety of substances (such as dyes, pigments, fillers). The decomposition temperature is 230 ℃, the relative density is 0.85 (80 ℃), the critical temperature is 531 ℃, and the critical pressure is 13.09Mpa.
Oleic acid amide is a kind of fatty amide, so it has the general property of fatty amide. It is easy to hydrolyze in the presence of acid, alkali solution or enzyme catalyst, and then generates oleic acid and ammonia. Oleic acid amide is co heated with a strong dehydrating agent, such as phosphorus pentoxide, etc., and oleic acid amide is dehydrated to form cyanide. The addition reaction of oleic acid amide with formaldehyde, ethylene oxide, etc. can produce a series of fine chemical products with excellent performance.
Oleic acid amide has excellent performance and wide application.
1. It can be used as a release agent for polyolefin injection molding, making it easy to release, thus increasing the output and improving the surface gloss of products.
2. It is used as lubricant, antistatic agent and anti caking additive for polyolefin, PVC, polystyrene, phenolic resin, amino resin, polyester, acetate fiber, nitrate fiber, etc.
3. It is used as dye dispersant, lubricant, release agent, etc. for polyolefin, synthetic fiber and other concentrated masterbatch and cable compound.
4. It must be added in the form of mixture or master batch in the processing plant to ensure the effect of uniform quality.
5. Adding 0.1~0.5% oleic acid amide to the low-density polyethylene film material can not only improve the anti-static and lubricating properties, but also improve the moisture resistance, significantly reduce the friction and adhesion resistance, effectively prevent the agglomeration between particles and the adhesion between films, significantly improve the film blowing efficiency, make the finished film surface smooth, and prevent dust from adhering to its surface.
6. As a modifier of plastic ink, adding 2~5% oleic acid amide in polyamide ink can improve the printing performance and lubrication of the ink, and increase the scratch resistance, stain resistance and wear resistance of the print. Improve the spread and adhesion of the ink on the surface of the printed matter, so that the print is clear, firm and bright in color.
7. It can also be used as wax products such as coating, carbon paper and typing paper, as well as the formulation of fiber oil agent, as well as the lubricant of metal protective film and surface, as well as the stabilizer of melamine products, as well as the dispersion stabilizer of aluminized electrophoretic coating, as well as oil drilling additives.
Packaging, storage and transportation
Packaging: 25kg/bag, paper plastic composite bag, lined with plastic bag or 600kg/pallet. This product is stored and transported as ordinary chemicals.
