PE wax is a kind of chemical material, in which the color of polymer wax is small white beads/flakes, polymerized from rubber processing aids. It has the characteristics of high melting point, high hardness, high gloss and white.

PE wax is widely used as low molecular weight homopolymer or copolymer in coatings. The so-called wax refers to that the polymer floats on the surface of the coating in the form of microcrystals, playing the role of wax similar to paraffin wax in appearance but with more different properties, which is also the main difference between PE wax and ordinary paraffin wax.
The main functions of solvent based coatings are: matting, abrasion resistance, polishing resistance, adhesion resistance, precipitation resistance and thixotropy, good lubrication and processability.
1. Dispersion of lubrication
Generally, when mixing rubber or silica gel, some fillers, such as carbon black, calcium carbonate and talcum powder, will be added. Some white carbon black will be added for those requiring high transparency. PE wax can play the role of lubrication and dispersion.

2. Anti sticking and demoulding
General rubber is sticky, easy to stick mold! PE wax can play a certain role in external lubrication.
3. Anti ozone. The physical antioxidants of rubber products migrate to the rubber products to form a protective film, playing the role of anti ozone.
4. The PE wax manufacturer thinks that proper addition can reduce the Mooney viscosity of the rubber compound and play a role in plasticizing, but it should be noted that excessive addition will affect the mechanical properties of the rubber compound.
5. The product has certain fluidity during extrusion, calendering and vulcanization molding.
6. Improve the uniformity of rubber compound: PE wax manufacturers believe that the self lubrication of internal and external rubber compound and the dispersion of inorganic additives can improve the mixing uniformity of rubber compound.

1. It is widely used as dispersant in color masterbatch processing, with excellent internal and external lubrication effect.

It has good light resistance and chemical performance, can be used as the carrier of pigments, can improve the abrasion resistance of coatings and inks, improve the dispersion of pigments and fillers, has good anti settling effect, can be used as the matting agent of coatings and inks, and can make products have good luster and three-dimensional sense.
