Properly adjust the die temperature corresponding to the thin part of the plate to increase the local melt flow rate and increase the local melt density; polyethylene wax

Properly reduce calcium carbonate content to improve melt strength;

Adjust the lubrication balance to achieve the ideal plasticizing effect;

Use high molecular weight lubricants to prevent the precipitation of low molecular substances from sticking to the mold cavity.
