Because the toner is difficult to disperse in the resin matrix, the toner and resin are generally prepared into a color masterbatch with high toner concentration.

Pe wax has low viscosity and good compatibility with pigments, so it is easy to wet pigments, penetrate into the internal pores of pigment aggregates, weaken cohesion, make pigment aggregates easier to open under the action of external shear force, and enable newly generated particles to be quickly wetted and protected. It can be used as dispersant and filling masterbatch of color masterbatch of various thermoplastic resins, Lubricating dispersant for degrading masterbatch. Pe wax has good compatibility with plastics, good heat resistance, good mixing and easy crushing, and does not affect the performance of terminal products; It can infiltrate, disperse and stabilize the filler or pigment particles. PE wax SN118, PE wax SN119 and PE wax SN9010W of Qingdao Sainuo have good dispersibility and thermal stability in the masterbatch.
In addition, polyethylene wax can also reduce the viscosity of the system and improve the fluidity. Therefore, adding polyethylene wax in Masterbatch production can improve the production efficiency, increase the output and allow higher pigment concentration.

In the process of selecting polyethylene wax, there are several necessary conditions: high thermal stability, appropriate molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution and strong dispersion ability. In the production of Color Masterbatch, it not only has good compatibility and fluidity, but also has moderate viscosity, increases shear force, improves dispersion, and has excellent pigment wetting and dispersion properties. It has good wetting and dispersing effect in PE and PP masterbatch with high pigment content. It is widely used as dispersant (diffusion powder) for general masterbatch and film blowing masterbatch to improve pigment coloring power.

1. Coating, casting and coating masterbatch;
2. High concentration and hard to disperse black masterbatch;
3. High concentration and difficult to disperse Color Masterbatch;
4. Non woven fabric filling masterbatch;
5. Food grade color masterbatch;
6. PVC soft rubber granulation;
7. Metallurgical injection;

Polyethylene wax can also make pigment particles carry the same charge on the surface. Based on the principle of same-sex repulsion, particles will not attract or aggregate each other, so as to achieve the uniform dispersion of pigment. In addition, polyethylene wax can also reduce the viscosity of the system and improve the fluidity. Therefore, adding polyethylene wax in the production of color masterbatch can improve the production efficiency, improve the output and stabilize the dispersion effect.
