Polyethylene wax is a low molecular weight polyethylene wax, with a general molecular weight of about 2000~5000. Its main components are straight chain alkanes (content 80~95%), and a small amount of alkanes with individual branches and monocyclic cycloalkanes with long side chains. It is widely used in processing hard, soft and foamed PVC products:

1. It provides good lubricity during extrusion, calendering, injection and injection molding to ensure excellent demoulding performance.

6. It can reduce processing energy consumption, especially in PVC extrusion.
7. It can adjust the higher extrusion speed without affecting the appearance of products.
