Production process:
It is made by the oxidation of polyethylene wax through a unique oxidation process.

Main application:

1. In the field of plastic granulation, it has a balanced effect on the inner and outer lubrication of PVC products. When oxidized polyethylene wax is added into the formula of rigid PVC products, its wettability is better than other lubricants. It is widely used in PE, PVC cables, PVC profiles, PVC pipe fittings, is a new type of high-quality plastic granulation lubricant.
2. Thickener, lubricant, polishing fluid and silane coupling agent used for thickener or filler of concentrated plastic masterbatch, polypropylene cloth masterbatch, additive masterbatch and filling masterbatch.
3. Used as lubricant, film remover and organic solvent in the production and processing of rubber and plastic products. Because of its high melting point and high viscosity, it can promote the fluidity of resin, reduce the driving force consumption of resin mixing, reduce the adhesion between resin and mold shell, facilitate film removal, and play the role of internal and external lubrication. At the same time, it also has good antistatic property.
4. Used as thickener and anti scratch agent of printing ink.
5. As viscosity regulator of hot melt adhesive.
6. It can be used as processing aid for Aluminum platinum composite film.
There are some functional groups in the molecular structure chain of oxidized polyethylene wax, so its miscibility with polar resin is obviously improved, which is better than that of polyethylene wax.

1. Manufacturing is different
The general production methods of polyethylene wax include high pressure and bottom pressure convergence. The wax obtained from high pressure contains carbon bonds and has low melting point. While the wax obtained from low pressure is relatively hard, but it has poor lubricity. Oxidized polyethylene wax is obtained from polyethylene wax after oxidation.
2. Performance difference
(1) Polyethylene wax (PE wax), also known as polymer wax. Because of its excellent cold resistance, temperature resistance, acid resistance and wear resistance, it has been widely used.
