Polyethylene wax is widely used because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance. In normal production, this part of wax can be directly added to polyolefin processing as an additive, which can increase the luster and processing performance of the product. As a lubricant, it has stable chemical properties and good electrical properties.

Polyethylene wax has good compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl wax, ethylene propylene rubber and butyl rubber. It can improve the fluidity of polyethylene, polypropylene and ABS and the demoulding property of polymethylmethacrylate and polycarbonate. Compared with other external lubricants, pe wax has stronger internal lubrication for PVC.
What are the applications of polyethylene wax?
① Pe Wax for PVC stabilizer
1. Pure polyethylene wax ensures the stability of stabilizer.
2. Excellent lubrication performance, can delay plasticization and reduce torque.
3. Good thermal stability in the later stage, without oligomer, paraffin, etc.
4. It can improve the surface gloss of products.

② PE Wax for hot melt adhesive
Polyethylene wax has good stability and better thermal stability when applied in hot melt adhesive. Therefore, it does not precipitate at high temperature, which will not have any impact on the appearance and properties of hot melt adhesive. The hot melt adhesive produced by adding polyethylene wax has the characteristics of good cold resistance, heat resistance, acid, alkali and salt medium corrosion resistance, thermal stability, anti slip, good fixation, high bonding strength and excellent temperature resistance.

③ Pe Wax for filling masterbatch
1. The product has good lubricity in the processing of filling masterbatch, and can effectively solve the precipitation of filling masterbatch products.
2. It can effectively reduce the smoke generated in the production environment, reduce material consumption, especially increase the output, effectively reduce the torque and head pressure of the twin-screw extrusion granulation unit, and reduce the host current.
3. When applied in plastic products, the product has uniform dispersion and obvious improvement in product appearance, which can greatly improve the surface finish and toughness of products.
