Dosage and usage method

1. In different systems, the amount of micronized wax is generally between 0.5-3%.

2. Generally, it can be directly dispersed in solvent-based coatings and inks by means of high-speed stirring.

3. It can be added through various grinders and high-shear dispersing equipment. Pay attention to control the grinding temperature when using the grinder.

4. Disperse or grind the wax powder to make a wax slurry with a content of 20-30%, and add it in the required proportion. 

Product form and packaging

The products are provided in the form of white Micropowder, basically free of impurities. They are packed in 25 kg kraft paper bags and transported in the form of pallets. Each pallet is 40 bags, with a net weight of 1000 kg.Outside using extended packaging or ton bag packaging
