PP wax is known as low molecular weight polypropylene wax. PP wax has the characteristics of high melting point, low melting degree, lubricity and good dispersion. It is an excellent additive for current polyolefin processing.

2. Good dispersion and wetting performance: Good compatibility with polymers such as polypropylene (PP), suitable for high filling masterbatches, color masterbatches, especially masterbatches with polypropylene, fibers, and polymer alloys.
3. Excellent lubrication performance and good demolding performance: suitable for paper, coatings, ink and other fields.
4. Reducing adhesive properties: Suitable for the rubber industry, it can reduce shrinkage and adhesive properties.
5. High gloss and scratch resistance: Used in the coating industry, it has good wear resistance, durability, and can enhance the sealing performance of coatings.
Application
Masterbatch, ink, spinning, coating, hot melt adhesive, fiber, rubber, nylon, polyolefin resin, asphalt modification, etc.

Adding amount and how to use
1.According to different application systems, The recommended proportion of this product is asphalt 1-3%;
2.It can usually be added directly, pre-dispersed by high-speed mixing and stirring, and the appropriate temperature and time can be controlled to obtain the best pre- dispersion effect;

3.The paint or ink is processed by the method of dispersion or grinding, using a grinder or high-shear dispersing equipment, selecting appropriate process conditions, making wax powder into a wax slurry with a content of 20-30%, and then adding it in the required proportion;

Product Packaging

This product is white powder appearance and conforms to the standard. It is packed in 25 kg paper-plastic composite bags or woven bags. It is transported in the form of pallets. Each pallet has 40 bags and a net weight of 1000 kg, Extended packaging on the outside.
