Oxidized polyethylene wax is a new type of excellent polar wax. Because the molecular chain of  ope wax has a certain amount of carbonyl and hydroxyl groups, its compatibility with fillers, pigments and polar resins is significantly improved. It’s wettability and dispersibility in polar system are better than that of polyethylene wax, and it also has coupling property. Its performance is equivalent to that of Honeywell A-C wax.

Characteristics of oxidized polyethylene wax:
OPE wax has low viscosity, high softening point, good hardness and other special properties, non-toxic, good thermal stability, low volatility at high temperature, excellent dispersion of fillers and pigments, excellent external lubrication, strong internal lubrication, and coupling effect. It can improve the production efficiency of plastic processing, reduce production costs, have good compatibility with polyolefin resins, and have good moisture resistance at normal temperature, With strong chemical resistance and excellent electrical performance, it can improve the appearance of finished products.

The main applications of oxidized polyethylene wax are:
(1) It is used as dispersant, lubricant, brightener and coupling agent for pigments or fillers such as concentrated masterbatch, polypropylene masterbatch, additive masterbatch and filler masterbatch.
(2) As a lubricant, film remover and phase solvent for rubber and plastic processing, EVA wax has good compatibility with various rubbers. Due to its high melting point and low viscosity, it promotes the resin fluidity, relatively reduces the power consumption of resin mixing, reduces the adhesion between resin and mold, and is easy to remove film. It plays a role of internal and external lubrication, and has good antistatic property.
(3) Used as ink dispersant and anti friction agent.
(4) As a viscosity regulator of thermosol.
(5) As a processing aid for aluminum foil composite paper.
