Due to the high viscosity and poor flowability of hard PVC, even with increased external force and temperature, the change in flowability is not significant. In addition, the molding temperature of PVC resin is very close to the thermal decomposition temperature, and the molding temperature range is limited, making it a difficult to form material. So in the processing of PVC hard products, it is necessary to add some functional additives, such as stabilizers, lubricants(PE wax, OPE wax), etc.

In PVC system, low density oxidized polyethylene wax can be plasticized ahead of time, and the later torque is reduced. It has excellent internal and external lubrication. It can improve the dispersity of colorant, give products a good luster and improve production efficiency.
Oxidized polyethylene wax has low viscosity, good hardness, and good thermal stability, and can be added as a lubricant in the processing of PVC hard products. As a lubricant, its chemical properties are stable and its internal and external lubrication effect on PVC is relatively balanced.

At the same time, adding oxidized polyethylene wax can also increase some auxiliary functions, promoting demolding in the rolling extrusion process, reducing friction on the equipment, and extending the service life of the equipment.
Oxidized pe wax has a high melting point and can maintain good melt viscosity during the high-temperature processing of PVC; Without affecting the appearance of the product, extending the plasticization time is beneficial for molding, increasing extrusion speed, and improving the surface glossiness of the product.

Adding an appropriate amount of oxidized polyethylene wax to the formula of hard PVC transparent products generally does not affect the transparency of the product.
