Polyethylene wax refers to low molecular weight polyethylene with relative molecular weight less than 10000, and the molecular weight range is usually 1000-8000. Polyethylene wax has good chemical stability, excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties, dispersion, fluidity, demoulding, high softening point, low melt viscosity, high hardness and good wear resistance. Masterbatch dispersant

Studies have shown that the polymerized polyethylene wax is better than the cracked polyethylene wax in terms of both the dispersion ability and thermal stability of filler and pigment particles. Lubricant for plastics processing
The lubricant used in plastics processing is to improve the fluidity and demoulding of plastics, especially thermoplastics. The main function of lubricant is to reduce the friction between plastic materials and processing machinery and between plastic materials and internal molecules in the process of processing, so as to improve the processing performance of plastics and improve the performance of products.

PVC lubricant
PVC resin has excellent physical properties and can be made into rigid and flexible products. The process includes extrusion, coating, injection, blow molding and calendering. The products include pipes, profiles, sheets, hollow products, wire and cable sheaths, etc. PVC resin has poor thermal stability, so it needs to add heat stabilizer and lubricant during processing. The lubricant can prevent the resin from remaining in the extruder or decomposing due to local overheating, and make the resin easy to form. Polyethylene wax is mainly used for external lubrication, with strong external lubricity. It also has good lubricity in the middle and later stages of molding process. It can be regarded as the lubricant in the middle and later stages, and is suitable for the production of products with complex cross-section. It can be used not only in lead salt stabilization system, but also in nontoxic calcium zinc composite stabilization system and rare earth composite stabilization system.
